Tenancies, rent reviews & documents

Once an application is approved it becomes a tenancy — rent, dates, occupants, charges and documents in one record. Rent reviews are calculated against the RPZ rules, lease documents are generated from templates and sent for e-signature, and every move-in and notice date flows onto a shared calendar.
