RTB registration, the rent-pressure-zone rules, the Equal Status Acts and GDPR retention are first-class parts of the product — not a settings screen you configure and hope. Rent reviews are calculated against the RPZ caps; data lives in the EU.
AI that advises — a person decides
The application review is a summary, an affordability calculation and a document cross-check. It never scores, ranks or recommends an approve/decline, and it is barred from mentioning or reasoning about any protected ground. Staff make every decision.
