Applicants get their own mobile-first portal: one profile per person in the household, a guided set of steps, document uploads, and co-applicant or guarantor invitations. Once approved, the same login becomes the resident portal — tenancy details, documents, maintenance requests and feedback surveys.
- 1
The applicant’s home: the property they applied for, the status of their application, and what still needs doing.

- 2
The Apply tab lists the units open to applications for this property, with rent and availability, so a household can put itself forward for a specific one.

- 3
One profile per person in the household. Each is filled in guided steps — personal details, address, employment, references, preferences — with a completion indicator.

- 4
A profile step: only the fields for this section, validated on save, with the next incomplete section opening automatically.

- 5
Documents — payslips, bank statements, references — are uploaded here, encrypted at rest, and attached to the right person’s profile.

- 6
After approval the same login becomes the resident portal — the tenancy, its documents, maintenance and any open feedback survey, with a bottom nav instead of the application steps.

- 7
Residents raise a request from the portal — a title, what kind of issue it is, how urgent, a description and photos. Staff are notified straight away, and the resident sees every status change and note back.

- 8
Feedback surveys go out at set points — application decided, move-in, move-out — with NPS, rating, choice and free-text questions, answered anonymously.
